Tasting notes and serving recommendations
Deep lemon in color, the wine opens with acacia, honeysuckle, pear, wet stones, and lemon notes, complemented vanilla, cream, caramel, and hay, reflecting its gentle Qvevri fermentation and natural freshness. On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, and full-bodied, with high acidity that lifts the flavors and a long, harmonious finish. Serve at 10–12 °C; decanting is not required. Enjoy alongside chicken, fish, vegetables, fresh salads, or a cheese plate.
