Tasting notes and serving recommendations
Wine has a light amber color and opens with green apple, blossom, honeysuckle, melon, green herbs, and flint, layered with cream, almond, vanilla, walnut, caramel, and hay, reflecting its gentle Qvevri fermentation and natural freshness. On the palate, it is dry and vibrant, with high acidity that lifts the flavors and a smooth, elegant finish. Made without fining or filtration, the wine may contain natural lees, adding texture and depth. Serve well chilled, as a refreshing summer wine, at 10–12 °C; decanting is not required. Pairs beautifully with light summer dishes such as grilled chicken, fish, fresh salads, seasonal vegetables, and soft cheeses, highlighting its balance, aromatic complexity, and delicate texture.
